Employees have to access their payslips, P60s and P11 directly from a secure website. This reduces your costs and means you’re offering your employees the highest level of service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Payslip information is automatically uploaded to a secure website from within our payroll software and once there, employees are able to access their own payslips - both current and historic.
You have a legal obligation to provide your employees with a payslip on or before their usual payday, so you need to remember your employees with no regular internet access. We would still provide these employees with traditional paper payslips in the usual manner.
